Refund Policy

Effective date: November 1, 2026

Every FreakInTheSheetsPlus product is a digital download, bought on Etsy. A downloaded file cannot be sent back, so this policy works a little differently from a store that ships things.

When we will put it right

Tell us within 30 days of your purchase if:

• a file will not open in the programs the listing names,
• a file is damaged or missing from your download, or
• the product is materially different from what the listing described, including a formula that gives a wrong result.

We will fix the file, send you a corrected copy, or refund you in full through Etsy, whichever you prefer.

When we cannot refund

• You changed your mind after the files were downloaded.
• You do not have one of the programs the listing names. Please check Works in before you buy.
• You changed the formulas yourself and they stopped working. Write to us anyway: we will try to help.

How to ask

Email [email protected] or message us on Etsy, with your Etsy order number and a short description or screenshot of the problem. We reply within 2 business days. Refunds are issued through Etsy to your original payment method; Etsy and your bank decide how long it takes to appear.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the law where you live, or under Etsy's purchase protection.
