This Privacy Policy explains what FreakInTheSheetsPlus (a brand of ElieCom L.L.C.) collects, how it is used, and the choices you have, when you visit freakinthesheetsplus.eliecom.com or buy one of our spreadsheets on Etsy. The operator runs other brands under separate trade names; this policy covers only FreakInTheSheetsPlus.

1. Information we collect

On this website. You can read about our spreadsheets and, if you choose, join our email list by giving us your email address. The website has no accounts and no checkout, so it never asks for your name, address or payment details. Like any website, it also receives limited technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit.

When you buy on Etsy. Every purchase is made on Etsy, which collects your name, email address, billing details and payment under its own privacy policy. Etsy shares with us only the order details we need to deliver your files and answer your questions, such as your name, your Etsy username and what you bought.

When you write to us. We keep the messages you send us and our replies, so we can help you.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Payments

Payment is taken by Etsy and its payment processors. FreakInTheSheetsPlus never receives or stores your card details.

4. Services we use

Etsy (sales, payment and file delivery), Cloudflare (hosting, security and performance of this website), and the email service that sends our newsletter. If we add website analytics, such as Google Analytics, it runs only with your consent through the cookie banner. Each service handles data under its own privacy policy.

5. Cookies

Essential cookies (always on) keep the site secure, for example Cloudflare's __cf_bm and cf_clearance, and remember your cookie choice.

6. Keeping it safe

The website is served over an encrypted connection, and access to the little personal information we hold is limited. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure.
