Help with something you bought
Please include your Etsy order number. You can also message us on Etsy, from the order on your Purchases page.
- Cannot find your download? On Etsy, open Purchases and reviews, find the order and choose Download files. Etsy also emails you the link.
- A file will not open? Check the sheet's Works in line first. If it still will not open, write to us and we will fix it, send a new copy, or refund you through Etsy.
- A formula looks wrong? Tell us which tab and cell. We would rather hear about it than have it stay wrong.
