Delivery Policy

Effective date: November 1, 2026

Every FreakInTheSheetsPlus product is an instant digital download. Nothing is shipped, so there are no shipping costs and no delivery times.

How you get your files

• As soon as Etsy confirms your payment, the files are ready to download.
• Etsy emails you a link to them.
• They also stay on Etsy: open Purchases and reviews, find the order and choose Download files. You can download them again there whenever you need to.
• If you checked out on Etsy as a guest, use the link in Etsy's confirmation email.

Some payment methods take longer to confirm. The download appears as soon as Etsy marks the order as paid.

What you receive

Each product page and Etsy listing lists the files included, under What you get, and the programs they work in, under Works in.

Problems

Cannot find your files, or one will not open? Email [email protected] or message us on Etsy with your order number and we will sort it out. See our Refund Policy for what we do when a file is faulty.
